Founded in 1880 by auctioneer & prominent local businessman George James Healy, Healy Simpson has grown to become the longest established independent property agency in the Wigan area. Now owned and run by Carolyn Pointon following the retirement of her late father Brian Bond who had been at the helm since the 1970’s.
Carolyn is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the local property market. Carolyn and her dedicated team offer a range of professional property and surveying services for both residential and commercial properties.
